Really impressed

Bought my first car this year and went with Admiral as recommended by my partner and it was also the best deal. I've found managing my account really quick and easy too. I was also really impressed with their response to the pandemic by refunding customers completely off their own backs. I thought it was a nice touch, as they didn't have to do that and I didn't see any other providers doing that. It no doubt helped a lot of people with some extra cash back in their pockets at a time they needed it most. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Brilliant company, swift to set up and update details

I was involved in a few non-fault claims last year hence I had to leave my first company having been with them for four years straight after passing my test with no problems. Not many other companies could offer me a quotation, let alone one in budget but that’s where Admiral came in. It was still quite expensive but I was able to pay it off in one instalment. It is easy to update your information on their online portal. Brilliant phone service and email communication with updates etc also. They also gave me no claims bonus protection which a lot of other companies were not able to offer me. It restored my confidence after having it taken away. Thank you Admiral! Super helpful and great value.

Our renewal was due with Admiral but it had increased by £80. After a frustrating online search to check the going 'new customer price' (which after answering every question refused to give me a quote because I was a recognised customer) I rang customer services. I spoke to Heather in the Canada office and could not have dreamed of better service. She went through every part of the policy to check I was getting the best deal. She made me feel like a valued customer and really did go above and beyond to spend time getting the best possible quote. In the end she got it £150 cheaper than my renewal price...that was even cheaper than I paid the previous year. I've already been recommending Admiral to my friends after this experience and the ability to combine home and multi cover car insurance is great. Thank you. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
