Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance and price!

Was on a high priced insurance before and i when my insurance was about to renew a friend told me about admiral, best thing i did was change to admiral. this is the first time i have ever insured a car as im a grist time driver. The customer service has been amazing. And the 25 pound refund i received due to covid was an amazing gesture to customers and not many insurance companies have done this. Best all round

Outstanding service

When my renewal came up I was abit worried about price but they first matched and then went below the next best offer from bit comparison websites.
