Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best prices around

I ran a renewal quote with Admiral, and had found one cheaper elsewhere. Not only did they match a lower price than I quoted, but also managed to arrange it without a black box!!! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent service

We have been with Admiral for several years - in comparison with other providers we have used, they are head and shoulders above the rest. When I renew every year, I always speak to a different member of staff and, without fail, they have all been extremely helpful, polite and professional. In addition, they always manage to get my premium down to a price I am happy with. I am confident that they are providing me with full and thorough coverage.
