A Breeze

Easy and speedy application with decent pricing through multi policy service. Operators are amazing at simplifying insurance jargon and will really make the job of insurance easy. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

A very generous company

I switched to Admiral earlier in the year because they provided a much cheaper quote than my previous insurer, it was very easy to switch to them with very little to do on my part. What impressed me most though, was the email I received about a month after my policy started which informed me that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there had been fewer accidents on the roads and therefore they would be refunding part of my premium. I was impressed that they didn't use the pandemic for their own profit but passed the financial gain on to their customers, which was extremely well-received as I had lost much work at the time. Brilliant insurance company

We don’t go anywhere else now, had a car stolen with our child’s buggy in it and admiral where amazing at helping us and even calling to check how we were doing during the time. This resulted in us changing our home insurance to them aswell it is so easy to manage with multi cover :) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Value, professional, friendly and helpful

I cannot fault the customer service I have received from admiral. I have been treated in a professional, considerate manner and admiral have worked to get me the best deal possible for my multi car policy. Excellent Customer service

I recommend Admiral to all of my friends and family - always by far the cheapest quote and the customer service is fantastic. Value for money is excellent. Admiral always make you feel like a valued customer - this is especially evident with the £25 refund they gave every customer whilst in Covid-19 lockdown as they acknowledged that people were using their cars less.
