Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Simple and easy

Best car insurance about

They are always there to assist in everything you need when it comes to car insurance. I’m with their multi policy, I have four cars on it and it’s not only the best overall cover but the cheapest and I check every renewal. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Staff and stuff

When ever I have any dealings with the team at Admiral they treat me like an individual rather than a number, they are clear and concise and they are friendly to boot. Value for money car insurance
