Amazing service during covid

I have had to call Admiral a couple times during covid, and during this time the staff have remained helpful and friendly. Also on top of this there has been very little holding like other companies. They seemed to handle things very well. Keep up the good work. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great customer care and service

I was refunded £25 on my car insurance policy as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. I was also able to renew my policy in June, after searching other companies and they reduced the price of my renewal quote. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good Service, easy to contact

Super friendly and easy insurance

Insurance is always a bit confusing but I find admiral online chat so easy and super helpful, not only through changing my car last month but to making changes on the policy , much cheaper admin fee and really competitive pricing , happy driver right here ! Easy to talk to

Easy policy to operate and contact quick. However, I do wish they would not try It on at renewal time, it wastes a call to get the cost back down to normal Do it again and I’ll likely move on. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
