Constant technical issues

I’ve been with Admiral for several years without much issue but the past year has been awful. I haven’t been able to access MyAccount for 8-9 months which means I can’t make changes or view my documents without talking to someone which is annoying and time consuming. I have spoken to Admiral many times about this issue and they can’t fix it. The only saving grace is their cheap insurance prices. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Good experience as new driver

Admiral have been great and helped to obtain a cost effective insurance policy as a new driver through their multi cover product. Although the second year hasn’t been as cost effective compared to competitors, the renewal process was straightforward and easy. The only negative is that the call wait times can be excessive and the online facilities are hit and miss (mostly miss), so more work could be put in to improving this.
