Would not use any other company!

We’ve been customers of several insurance companies over the years, but after a friend recommended Admiral some years ago, we’ve never felt the need to go elsewhere. We do shop around when the policy is up for renewal, but always end up staying with Admiral. We now have a multicover policy, covering our buildings and contents insurance, as well all four family cars. On the couple of occasions we’ve had to make a claim, everything has been dealt with swiftly and efficiently, with great customer service always. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Perfect experience.

I've been a customer for a couple of years and had to amend my policy mid term for several reasons. Easy to do, very helpful online chat and "bonus" refund due to Covid lockdown which was kind. Highly recommend and will continue to be a customer. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Key worker

I have been really impressed with the steps Admiral took (before others) to support Key workers during the pandemic. I have spoken with customer services as I needed my windscreen replaced and they were brilliant. Couldn’t fault them so re-insuring with them again this year! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
