I've been with admiral for a few years and always found them helpful. I was also very impressed that they reimbursed customers during covid as less cars were on the road thus less accidents. I would recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best price available.

When my multi-car and house insurance came up for renewal i phoned Admiral with some expected changes in mileage etc and received a reduced price. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Helpful and friendly customer service.

In my household, Admiral is the only insurance company that gave all of its customers some money back for the lockdown period when we were unable to use our cars... absolutely fantastic! Enough said! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good price once you spend time ringing them

I renewed my insurancw but only after gaving to ring them to knock 30%off the price and listing the cheaper options. Admiral ended up cheapest and best value - again - but they nearly lost a customer by emailing me my 'automatic renewal quote' which was 400 pounds more than last year's. World class policies and treatment.

When any queries I have they are solved immediately and efficiently. Cannot recommend admiral enough to any of my friends and family, only company I would go to for car insurance. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Incredible

Every occasion I’ve rang I’ve spoken to a knowledgeable caring person, they’ve asked my yearly mileage and because I do a lot less then previous years they’ve duly amended my policy bringing the cost down. I recently rang just before my renewal to inform them change of employment to retired and was shocked to be told of substantial reduction on my renewal. So efficient and really good prices

So pleased I found Admiral, I have insured with them for over three years now. Normally I would swap to whoever had the best prices each year but Admiral beat them all every time! I've dealt with them over the phone and on live chat and they have been so great at giving me the information I need and getting cover sorted with no messing about.
