Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Refund for covid

Being an admiral customer during COVID-19 has provided us with a refund of premium when claims reduced. I felt this was excellent customer service to share the savings made by the company with the customer. It wasn’t much but the principle meant a lot to me. Well done! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Admiral car insurance

I’ve used Admiral many times across many vehicles I’ve owned throughout the years via comparison websites, they always flag up as the go to company for my requirements. Can’t be beaten on price versus what’s on offer as part of the policy. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Giving back to customers

Admiral are willing to keep up good customer relationships. Every year they have been able to come back with a product thats suits are family needs, in addition to the cash reward recieved during the current global pandemic. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Multi police

Due to mistakes online my insurance policy was canceled with compare the market which made it very difficult to get insurance but with the help of admiral phone line and one to one conversation was very helpfull and saved me making anymore mistakes when applying online thankyou Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Efficient

From making my enquiry online to speaking to a sales person on the telephone they have been very helpful. I recently changed my car. I rang them and within 5 minutes after the end of our conversation the new certificate was in my document box. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Friendly, understanding and great customer service

During my time with admiral I can’t fault them, their customer services is excellent, very clear and courteous. Pricing is very competitive and and easy to understand without jargon, looking forwarding to many more years with Admiral. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Always helpful, good communication

It never takes too long to get through on the phone and the person on the other end is always happy to help. They make any communication simple and easy. It usually takes a phone call to discuss the price of a renewal quote as the first quote is a little high but it always ends up at a competitive price and they do provide an excellent service.
