Ahead of the rest

Impressed by the proactive decision to give money back during covid. Didn't have to apply. Very honourable and sign of a great company treating customers properly at a time when my income had dropped. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Only provider to to give a refund

Excellent service

I have been with admiral for a few years now (home and car insurance). They are always helpful when I have queries or am renewing. The small refund during lockdown was a nice touch showing they think about their customers. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

The Admiral who understands drivers

I have been with Admiral for my car insurance for 2 years, 1 renewal. The process was easy, the renewal was competitive. The fact that Admiral were in a position to give a monetary "thank you" to customers spoke volumes about their understanding of the climate. Very impressive. Seem as good as any other

Fairly reasonable to deal with and good price but I wouldn't recommend because without fail they will hike prices every year in the hope you'll auto renew. They also set up the auto renew when you sign up and have to phone to change it.. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Surprise experience!

My renewal quote was revised down after a quick phone call providing competitors prices. It still wasn’t the cheapest, however the difference was negligible. I am really impressed about a wind screen excess refunded without me asking. They realised I am a nurse and decided due to current Covid 19 stress issued a refund. Thank you Admiral for the kind thought. This is the type of business culture I am happy to custom and will continue to. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
