My Experience With Admiral

For the past year and a half I have been with Admiral and its been amazing. The company has kept me up to date on any offers they have had by sending me frequent emails and they are the cheapest for car insurance and have been very helpful with advice for insurance on my car. Quality Customer Service

Easy and simple

Admiral have an excellent online system. I have never needed to call them to implement changes to policy, renewal, and claims can be done online easily with no pushback. This saves time. Also they actually gave us a partial refund due to Covid 19 - which was a lovely surprise, and makes me want to continue with them as it seems they aren’t totally profit focused but actually on some level care about their customers. Great cover, great price

When I went to renew my car insurance my old company quoted £200 more despite having made no claims/changes. After shopping around I managed to get a much cheaper deal which included much more for the price with Admiral. Since joining, the services have been easy to access and I know where I stand completely. Would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
