Admiral provide third party car insurance policies and four levels of comprehensive cover – Admiral Essential, Admiral, Admiral Gold and Admiral Platinum.

Admiral offer vehicle insurance policies for vans, young drivers, new and learner drivers, temporary drivers and delivery drivers. It also has a MultiCar insurance option.

Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Excellent Customer Care

The Admiral Team are always happy to help when I call. They swiftly update my policy, keep me in the loop via email, and even offered a £25 refund to customers during lockdown. Overall, I'm a happy Admiral customer. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Good customers service and value.

Been with admiral for awhile now and never had a problem and when I renewed my car insurance I shopped around a admiral we’re the best and matched and took more off, even with the pandemic they still managed to answer my calls and gave me £25 back because more cars weren’t on the road and not many companies can do that but they did so thank you. Always easy to deal with

Good value for money

Insured 2 cars at a fraction of the price of individual insurers. Not had to claim yet luckily but excellent experience so far! Even recieved a refund over lockdown due to using the cars less! Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
