Fantastic friendly helpful company

I find Admiral to be very helpful when renewing my car insurance. I have added 2 teenage children over the last 4 years and the price quoted has been very good, affordable and realistic. The staff I have spoken to have always been helpful and kind. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Always brilliant customer service

The staff in the contact centre are always helpful and amazing. The thing that annoys me is that admiral never seem to give me the best qoute unless i call them to say somebody else has offered me cheaper insurance. Strange and unfair thing to do. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Unbeatable quotes and top service

It's my 2nd year with admiral as a young driver and the quotes are always at least a 3rd off others. They even lowered my renewal quote way below to beat a similar one. The customer service advisors are so helpful and kind, I suffer from anxiety and the whole process put me at ease. Friendly efficient service

Good Provider

Admiral have been helpful and efficient, never had problems as a learner and new driver for past three years. The additional refund during the limited motor months of lock-down was appreciated and was offered without prompting proving they give consideration to their policy holders. Hugely competitive pricing, easy quoting, everything under one roof

I was having difficulties getting insured on my high performance cars. Not only was Admiral happy to insure me and my wife, the price was massively competitive and then bundle in the house and home insurance and overall total savings of over a £1000 per annum! The whole process was so easy doing it all online, adding services, one of the easiest and zero frustration experiences. Also we received money back as a gesture of good business as we had not been using our vehicles in Coronavirus lockdown. Overall that’s hats off. I value fairness. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
