Excellent customer service when I rang them to talk about my renewal offer. They were able to quickly apply all discounts which resulted in lower premium. Although I do believe all discounts should have been applied without me ringing them in the first place. The service agent was also clearly uk based which made it easy to understand. Been with Admiral a number of years

Been with Admiral for a number of years, always received great customer service and not huge waits on their phone lines. The big annoyance is their pricing, huge rises on renewal letters, yet contact them and they reduce it or match a competitor no problem. Just give me the cheaper price in the first place!
