Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service when I rang them to talk about my renewal offer. They were able to quickly apply all discounts which resulted in lower premium. Although I do believe all discounts should have been applied without me ringing them in the first place. The service agent was also clearly uk based which made it easy to understand.
