Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Amazing even through Covid-19!

Really great insurance company to be with! During COVID I believe they were the only insurer to give some money back to customers as we were not on the roads. I also needed my windscreen chip fixing and did it through my insurance and admiral very kindly gave me the excess I paid for the chip back as I was a key worker! Simple online process

Brilliant

I recently joined Admiral from another provider as they were the cheapest on the market. They have also just issued their customers a £25 BACS payment for reduced driving during Covid 19 lockdown which no other has!! Can't fault them Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
