Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Car insurance for 23 year old

I have only been driving 2 years and this company was brilliant when it come to insurance, so easy to do, the cheapest on the market and no problem everything was striaght forward. Will definitely be recommending to family and friends. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Customer orientated

Always speak to them about the annual (computerised) review received at renewal time. The policy includes 2 cars and house insurance. Admiral are willing to look again at the proposed premiums and agree a compromise. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Reliable and in good price

Excellent company doing the right thing during Covid-19

This company has excelled during lockdown and completely out of the blue returned to our bank account a rebate recognising the decreased mileage. An example to a certain airline with a gobby CEO who still owes us for a cancelled flight from May. Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
