Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Easy, straightforward and great level of cover

I have been with Admiral for a number of years and now have a dual policy with my wife as it is a cost effective way of covering both cars. Admiral made the process easy to complete and at renewal they are always willing to look at beating competitors prices. Excellent team

Quick, easy and mind settling.

I have had many unpleasant experiences with insurance companies in the past being a young driver. This is my first time insuring my car with Admiral and it was such an easy and well explained process that I was genuinely shocked. Brilliant customer service, amazing access to my policy using the app and an excellent rewards scheme!! By far the best insurance company I have ever chosen to insure my car. Understanding and reliable

Exceptional insurance company

My experience so with Admiral is second to none. It's not just an insurance company, it's like a family. They go all out to ensure the well being of their customers. An example is during this lockdown when they kept checking on me to know how I am doing. They even went further to refund me £25.
