Good friendly company

No longer with Admiral due to a change of car which raised issues. I had been with Admiral for many years and always had good service and a fair price. The staff have always been helpful, and sorted out my issue but unfortunately after I had left. My refund was issued prompty, the later events have made me question why I left, I expect to return. No issues so far. Also got £25 refund during Covid-19 which not many other insurers offered. Reviewed on: 25th July 2020

Great service

I recently had a crash and the other driver was ar fault, the person I spoke to tried multiple ways to contact the driver at fault but couldn't. They had to process my claim a different way and wavered the excess because I am a critical worker during the pandemic. Which saved me £250 since the crash wasn't my fault I am glad they did to help. Trustworthy and reliable

I bought car insurance with admiral, they were the cheapest quote for me including motor legal cover and other add ons. Everything went smoothly, they refunded me £25 over lock down as we were not using the car as much and I even swapped my car recently and it was a very reasonable price to swap over with only a £9.50 admin fee.
