Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Cheap insurance for new drivers

Admiral were the cheapest insurers by far when I got my first car. Their staff were friendly and helpful on the phone and their Little Box system brought the price down even further. I found I got very different quotes when giving my details over the phone and using a price comparison site, which shook my trust a little. I’d recommended trying both to get the best deal. Just brilliant !

Efficient service and excellent customer service. I've not had any problems with them unlike my previous insurer who didn't inform me when my policy was due for renewal until I had a fine from DVLA ! Admiral even gave cash back of £25 for each car on policy during the lock down. Now that is what I call looking after your customers. I highly recommend Admiral Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020
