Great Service.

I was with Admiral for five years and left recently, only as Premium for my replacement car went up by over £200. Over those five years, they have been easy to make contact with, and all the agents I spoke to where UK based. Being able to make many changes online was a big plus. Not having to make a claim I can' comment on this. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Simple multi insurance

I joined admiral for my car insurance once I got my own car as it was the cheapest company with the best benefits at the time. I then turned it into multicar insurance by adding my mam's car once her other insurance ended. Since then we've turned it into general multi insurance by also adding the house insurance into it. It's such a great way to manage the bigger kinds of insurance you need in life by having it all in one place for one fee every month. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2023

Cheap and cheerful

Online portal has gotten very good and you don't really need to contact them for much now. Prices are competitive and whenever I have had to get in touch they've been helpful. Reviewed on: 1st August 2023

Great insurance company

Admiral are superb for first time car insurers and for insuring classic cars. Deals for first time/young people. Myself and my son have insurance for classic vehicles which Admiral understand, some insurance companies can't even find classic vehicles by the reg number! My son had to claim when his car caught fire, they were really understanding and he had no problems. On multicar insurance (mix of work van and a classic) got a good deal, just got the renewal through which is slightly cheaper but can't be beaten by any other company. Reviewed on: 28th July 2023

Hassle free insurance

Admiral have consistently been cheaper than using price comparison websites and have provided hassle free cover. Minor changes to your policy (e.g. change of address) are easy to complete within the app but the phone line has never let me down when I've needed to speak to a human. Reviewed on: 27th July 2023

Great Efficient Service

After having a No Fault Accident (I was hit by another car) Admiral did everything from doing the paperwork to arranging an appointment to seek medical compensation. Very impressed with the way they handled the claim quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Reviewed on: 27th July 2023

Poor contact

I have been with Admiral for a number of years. They have steadily increased the premium at a higher rate than others as all insurance companies do to loyal customers. They have then decided not to renew my policy this time - no explanation of any sort. I have then tried to contact them and there isn't an email I can contact on, their chat system doesn't work. Useless! Very disappointing, I thought they were better than this! Reviewed on: 18th July 2023
