Lowest cost possible

I am a driver who will be covering a lot of miles for work, but have no no-claims to fall back on. Admiral were the cheapest car insurance company for me by a distance. Reviewed on: 1st October 2018

Honest!

I recently converted my drivers licence to the UK, and then took out insurance on my car, answering the questions on no-claims bonus as per the guidelines. Imagine my surprise to get an email a few weeks later saying that Admiral has been in contact with the DVLA and as a result have reviewed the premium and have reduced the premium. :) Reviewed on: 1st October 2018

Lemons

Adulting is difficult difficult lemon difficult but admiral makes one of those thankless tasks a little less painful. Very fair insurance prices with great payment options with something that suits everyone. Reviewed on: 30th September 2018

Great customer service

My car eml light came on while on holiday and when calling to get a technician to look over the fault the phone was answered with in 5 rings with out any rubbish hold music the agent who answered was polite and informative ..... technician arrived and resolved the problem in less than half an hour of me calling at no cost to myself I will definitely be staying with admiral ! Good first year! Great customer service on the phone

Admiral were by far the cheapest for a quote for my first year as a driver at 24 years old last year. I had a plug and go for 3 months that was fine then rest of the year as normal. This year, well this month.. I got a quote through that was £300 more than I paid last year despite being a more experienced driver now (its one thing passing your test and another driving on your own every day) Customer service was fantastic every time I spoke to someone - really friendly and knowledgable :) I loved admiral!! however just let down by this ridiculous increase in price so have had to use MORE THAN instead - PS I Haven’t paid for the insurance yet if you want to re adjust the quote by 500 I will stay with you guys as over £1200 a year is ridiculous! :) Reviewed on: 28th September 2018
