Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

They are the cheapest insurance by far for my needs.

I bought insurance from them this year through a cashback app. They were helpful, and cheaper than alternatives. The only thing I have against them is that they didn't honour the cashback I asked for. Reviewed on: 21st September 2018

Best price and a company you can trust

Quote easily prepared online and best price available. Reassuring to use a well known insurance company. Policy amendments from learner driver to license holder were fuss free via online chat. Would recommend. Reviewed on: 21st September 2018

Great customer service

We bought a second car and decided to try Admiral after seeing the advert on TV although it was quite a long telephone call the lady was great explained every detail and was very thorough I was really impressed. I also enjoy receiving the newsletter which is something different and have not this type of service from any other insurance company I have used. Reviewed on: 20th September 2018
