My go-to insurance company

Since discovering Admiral (and Elephant) car insurance I now use them as my default insurance company. I hate dealing with the car insurance but know I can give them a ring (i am not forced to go online!) and they will talk me through the whole thing and get the cover I need. Documents are dispatched to me quickly and efficiently by email and stored for future reference. They also use text messages to remind me of stuff I need to know! Very helpful. New car driver

I passed my driving test last year and ve just renewed my car insurance for the 2nd year,Admiral was by far the cheapest policy also the 3 or 4 times I've had to contact them the help & service was top notch. Reviewed on: 12th September 2018

Great customer service. Makes insurance simple.

Very helpful customer services both on the phone and online, they answer quickly, are informative and will help you get the best deal possible as they look to retain customers. Making changes to my policy have been surprisingly simple when I've compared it to experiences I've had with other providers, which is why Admiral has retained my custom longer than any other insurer has so far.
