Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Cheap good insurance

Good experience from start to finish, easily done online. Customer service rep very understanding when I was late in getting my little box fitted as being a new mum I had a lot on, good service overall so far. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Good service and competitive value for money

They were initially good value in insuring one car but they also added my second car, even though I did not insure it with them for another 9 months, and gave me multicar discount on the first car. It seemed ‘to good to be true’ but great value and ended up insuring second car also. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

Competitive pricing but some hidden costs
