Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

User friendly website, great customer service!

I have vehicle insurance with Admiral and found when purchasing the website and online support is fantastic! The customer service I have received so far has been great and would certainly recommend to family and friends......infact I am in the middle of sorting a multi cover quote for my partners car and also to add our home insurance to the order! Admiral have out done themselves

Brilliant service, efficient and very quick to set up.

I was looking for a reasonable insurance quote for my first car and admiral gave me just this, plus the opportunity to add on breakdown cover for a good price which I opted for.
