Excellent service and value for multiplecars.

Outstanding customer service

Since I insured my car with Admiral in January, I have have had the most amazing customer experience. Each time I have phoned up with an enquiry, the customer service I have received has been outstanding. Although, I may have been put on hold the customer services advisers have informed me what is going on. For example, in August I phoned Admiral up to ask to pay my insurance bill a month earlier than usual. This was no problem at all for the adviser, who was really efficient, because the whole telephone conversation was done professionally, swiftly and in a friendly manner. Very impressed with Admiral. Great price great service. What more can I say .....

Best deal for a new driver on the market , when you ring them they are pretty quick at sorting out what you need and I can actually understand what they are saying unlike some services. Helpful and reliable. I would recommend this to people however everyone I talk to seem to be with admiral already . Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018
