Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Helpful & Affordable

Excellent service and prices

I insured my first car with Admiral around 2 months ago as I received by far the best quote from them! Admiral were very helpful when it came to setting up the insurance. I highly recommend Admiral to all new drivers, they will give you a better deal than their competitors and if you don't want the hassle of having a black box installed you can have a plug and drive unit which monitors you the same way and on top of having a good insurance premium cost- Admiral will give you a discount for good driving! Admiral are a good all round performer

I have been with Admiral on and off for several years, when I have needed them, the service was pretty good, documentation is always easy to get, I was, however, disappointed that I was forced to buy elsewhere following a premium hike following no claims and when challenged, they offered to match the price I had chosen elsewhere, didn't feel very loved Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018
