Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Extremely helpful staff

I rang customer services to cancel my policy, but was so impressed with the deal I was offered if I stayed, I did! The level of customer service was excellent and the staff were very professional. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018

I could not fault there professionalism

The best insurance company I have ever been with.

Well since I have had the policy I have had no problems with it whatsoever it has been amazing for me. If I do require some help I can call for free and all the staff are friendly and happy to help you in anyway they can so I would 100% recommend this company to a friend or family member and will be 100% looking to renew my policy when it expires.
