Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

I've been with Admiral for years and I'll stay with them for years.

Easy and efficient service compared to previous provider

Had been with Hyundai insurance and their after sales service had much to be desired. Unable to contact them on either underwriting or a previous claim Admiral were like a breath of fresh air and even offered a great deal on a second family vehicle. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2018
