Friendly, helpful staff

Recently had a slight struggle with money and wasn't due to be paid until the end of the month. I got in touch with admiral and instead of being put through an automated system I was put in touch with a real person who was able to help me out and without any problem and allowed me to push back my direct debit to this date every month! Really easy and helpful (can't remember the guy's name but very nice!) Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Simple, fast and friendly

Admiral staff are always happy to help and friendly. Being a young person and having to try sort my car insurance out I have found it rather complicated, however I'm happy to speak to the staff members and they advise me what is the best policy for me and my family. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Smart saving is finally a quick job!

used a comparison website and it highlighted admiral as top provider, remembered the advert stating there could be savings on multi insurance, there was a link on the website to chat to a customer service rep and they confirmed if i rang up they could look at the discount. Rang the number which didn’t send me around the houses but went straight through to the dept I needed. They could take my info from the comparison website (another time saver) and the cherry on the cake was the money could just come from my existing direct debit! All completed in around 10 minutes! As I’m currently recovering from a major operation being able to complete something so quickly and easily was very much appreciated . Thank you!! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
