Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Hassle free

Changed insurers due to unreasonable price increases for renewal, the switch was hassle free and much cheaper for a higher level of cover!. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Happy so far!

Excellent service

When I wrote off my car in an accident, Admiral were great and the claims handler showed real empathy to my situation. It was quickly resolved. I now have Admiral Multicar and the whole process was easy to set up and very competitively priced. I would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
