Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Fantastic

Fantastic company they don't pester you. But always there to help when u need them. Reasonable insurance especially for some one like me that's only been driving for 2 years. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Great customer service

Great customer service, for questions, call backs and issues. I had a car accident last year and admiral sorted writhing very quickly. Highly recommend, although not the cheapest provider one of the better ones for customer service in my opinion. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
