Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Simple and competitive

Very straightforward and inexpensive, a bit confusing in the quote shared by phone when tried to enroll me for our 2nd car. But we only know the value of a service when we need it and I haven’t had to claim yet. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Easy and simple

Great so far, you only know what they are truly like if you need to make a claim which I haven’t so can’t comment on that aspect. Starting a policy was simple, easy and everything is through email.
