Review of the Admiral, Car insurance:

Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great insurance company and not ridiculous prices

New driver so obviously was expecting to be hit with ridiculous insurance costs but was pleasantly surprised and was helped set up my policy by a lovely employee! Would definitely recommend to others Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Cheap but annoyed by misleading renewal

Have gone with admiral a few times because of competitive pricing but was annoyed by renewal invitation email which had as its subject header ‘renewing with admiral couldn’t be easier’. It looked like a marketing email but in fact was supposed to be a formal notification that hundreds of pounds were about to be taken from my account on auto renewal. Cheapest and best company I've used so far

Can't go wrong with admiral really, saved money, extra options in the insurance package and the customer service was actually top notch compared to other insurance companies on the market! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Great service!

I wanted to add a car to my cover for a short period of time and thought it would be difficult and expensive. I was surprised how easy it was and how helpful the call centre staff were when I called to add it and then remove it. Great service! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Brilliant

Expensive

100 a month is quite expensive. I'm not getting anything back for that money. No perks or anything like that either. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

All around

They offer all around cover for everything a person might need. Their services are impeccable and their cover can be specific or general. I like how I can pick and chose what I need covered and not have to take other insurances I don't need. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
