Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Very helpful

Brilliant service

Big company - small prices

I'm not a fan of insuring with a company I have never heard of, I find in big comparison websites that's 90% of the companies they suggest for you but in among all of these companies Admiral stood out by far as a name I know I could trust. I had my car written off in an accident that was not my fault and the claims team were fantastic with me, offering lots of support and making sure I did not have to worry about a thing, I cannot recommend them enough. Their quote saved me from selling my car!

After paying 250 a month with my old insurance company being a new driver I was excited after I surpassed the two year new driver tag. My old insurance company offered me just 220 in renewal. I was devastated I knew I couldn’t keep up them payments no more so I had to decline. It wasn’t even fully comp!! I shopped round and I was so surprised a brilliant well known company such as Admiral offered me a quote to die for. I honestly thought I’d be putting my car on auto trader. But no!
