Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Brilliant customer service

Excellent customer service

Cheapest car insurance without a black box (and even compared to some that require a black box!)

Admiral gave me the cheapest quote and didn’t require a black box, even compared to companies that required a black box! This was something that sold the insurance to me instantly as a student who is always counting their pennies! Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
