Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Great first insurance

If you love your car

Didn’t realize that for the black box the installation would require ripping up the interior of the car. I thought it would be under the bonnet. Also, not much savings. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Best insurance provider I have used

The company is great with their customer service, you can access your files directly online, any questions you may ask are dealt with straight away. So far this is the best company I have been with and I'm looking to build a long term relationship with this company since they even provide multi car policies, which I would look into in the future, when I achieve my dreams.. if your reading this, don't hesitate to use admiral for yourself .
