Haven’t had to deal to much with admiral (which is a good thing), any information is clearly communicated through email which is ideal. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Hassle-free service

Dealing with Admiral was a very pleasant experience when I was in an incident with another car. Hassle free service and no stress at all. Admiral dealt with the situation very professionally and quickly. Would highly recommend Admiral. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Fantastic

I got quote from one of the comparing sites for Admiral for less price and Admiral couldn’t match it. They took a week to look into it and for which they kept me insured and then they offered me the same reduced price. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Confused

On my first year of buying a car I went with admiral for the cheaper price, which I thought great. Then my renewal quote came through as an extra £600 per annum on what I'd paid for my first year. I though this strange as I'd had no claims been driving for a year with no problems, why would my premium go up? On ringing them and trying to work out a cheaper price they still could not get it down. So my second year I went with another offer with Hastings. Now on my third year and admiral is the cheaper option again. It seems there is not a lot of logic with insurance companies and how they work out their premiums. Overall i have no problems with admiral but i dont think id recommend them to a friend. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

The most helpful assistant I have ever come across. Came up with a highly competitive deal for all our vehicles. He was helpful, patient, explained everything clearly and sorted everything out. I was very impressed indeed. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Comprehensive and fair priced

I bought my first car in England a couple of month ago and used to be in another insurer. I was supposed up give my NCD proof from my previous insurer back in my home country. I couldn't since I shared the insurance with my mom, as I was too young at the time. For this reason my insurer tried gave 1 week to find another way to prove my NCD, that was nowhere near enough since I was depending on public services in my country to send my driver record. As result, they doubled the cost of my insurance. In admiral, in same conditions, I'm paying almost half of my previous insurance wanted me to pay, even without NCD, which is fair. I don't mind paying more for having no NCD, as long it's not a ridiculous price fallen from the sky. It's even worst when you immediately lose your NCD if you have an accident, even when it's not your fault at all. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
