Truly customer focused

I’ve been with one other car insurer but always find myself coming back to admiral. I’ve been with the sister companies aswell and all I can say is that they appear to be customer focused. I haven’t yet had to make a claim but I’m sure that the claim experience would match up to the current service I am receiving. What shocked me was when they made a pledge to reimburse everyone £25 - this shows that they are not choosing to profit on the amount of money saved due to COVID. They want to reward their customers for sticking to the guidelines (which clearly showed was being adhered to via the companies outgoings on claims) Reviewed on: 2nd August 2020

Best insurance company

I called Admiral after receiving a quote online and the customer service was incredible, they offered me all the optional extras and when I said the price was a bit more than I was looking to pay they said they could knock 20% off which made it much more affordable, they offered me the cheapest quote of any company and I’ve received by far the best service of any company I’ve dealt with. Admiral by name, Admiral by nature!

Admiral offer the best car insurance by far, I highly recommend them to insure you family car! Amazing customer service from their very informative fleet, You’ll drive away in confidence whilst relaxing in your seat! If you ever need to make a claim, remember the Admiral name! Multi car insurance

Ideal for multi car insurance for the 1st year but not advisable to renew for 2nd year as would have thought no claim it would reduced the renewal instead of increasing it by 30/35% premium increased. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
