Admiral did me a favour

Had to change the address of where my car was parked, usually there's an admin fee to change this but it was waived for me. That's how good customer service is done. Would recommend for sure. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

We feel valued.

We've had great care under Admiral: they've always been helpful on the phone, looked after my wife well after an accident and offered us compensation we hadn't realised we were entitled to, instead of keeping quiet and hoping we don't ask. We feel valued. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
