A Breeze

Easy and speedy application with decent pricing through multi policy service. Operators are amazing at simplifying insurance jargon and will really make the job of insurance easy. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Always fantastic customer service

We have used Admiral for the 3rd year running, and the service is faultless. Getting through to speak to them is always smooth, no queuing for ages. Polite and courteous. Hopefully will use them in 2019 if the price is right. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

Why 10?

good price, on line documentation not very convenient

Using breakdown cover was difficult due to having to phone a different number, the Admiral number should deal with it and not make you phone another number. Charges were not advised by document and follow up by e mail or writing was not possible. No allowance made for hard of hearing and everything had to be verbal by phone. The actual service on site was outstanding, quick and knowledgeable. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018
