Helpful staff

I recently changed my car so needed to update my policy. Purchasing my new car turned out to be full of problems, so I had to delay the change in my policy. When I phoned - both times - the staff were very friendly and helpful and made the switch as stress free as it could possibly be. They were very reassuring and efficient. Quick, easy, efficient...

With so many insurance companies and comparison sites these days, it is not always easy to find the best deals. I checked Admiral fairly early on and in various subsequent searches didn't find a comparable quote for my insurance needs. The process of then taking out the quote was quick, easy and efficient.
