After being insured by Admirdl for 5 years the price doubled at renewal and when I called to discuss customer service was terrible! Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

The service is good and the online portal is easy to...

The service is good and the online portal is easy to use in most circumstances. I made a claim last year and it took them 7 months to decide to write the vehicle off due to difficulty sourcing parts so that was a little disappointing. Easy to use website but loyalty not rewarded

My car insurance almost doubled this year, despite having 10 years no claims bonus and being with them over a number of years, so how is this company rewarding careful drivers and loyal customers? Was chaotic.

Was chaotic. Had loads of complaints. Kept being passed from Indurance to wrecker to storage company. No one wanted to accept the blame. The Unsurance tried to keep my car,despite my demands and pleas. Had to threaten to go to Ombudsman Office. In the end it got sorted, but not before loads if anxiety, anger, frustration, and persistence. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024
