Excellent experience

I had to make a claim for the first time ever and the customer service was excellent and payment made really quickly. Very recently I made an error and didn’t check my documents properly and ended up paying the whole amount of the premium in one go which was difficult for me. I phoned up and it was sorted out immediately with call backs when promised and money refunded when promised. I would highly recommend Reviewed on: 2nd September 2018

I have a very good experience with admiral. It was easy to set up multi car insurance. The only problem was the customer service stated they would contact us regarding the second payment when my parter was to join my insurance however this was not the case and they took the money straight out of my account.
