We have been with Admiral for the last few years and because the call centre is based in Cardiff the customer service is great when it comes to sorting out the policy. My husband had a crash back in 2014 though and it took them well over a year to resolve the claim, with very little feedback/updates provided along the way. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2016

Insurance costs and estimates are basic, then Admiral try to charge you extra for legal expenses, hire car, personal opinion injury when you are in the middle of trying to pay for what you actually want Reviewed on: 26th February 2016

We were the 'victim' of a car accident caused by an Admiral Insured driver. The treatment we received from them was so good, that we decided we would change our insurance over to them if they were competitive. Haven't regretted it! Reviewed on: 26th February 2016

They were happy to price match a rival offer and the renewal process is fairly straight forward. Not left holding for long with the call centre. Reviewed on: 24th December 2015
