I have been a customer for a number of years. I have found the premiums to be competitive and like that when you speak to someone in customer services, you can get through fairly quickly and not diverted to a call centre abroad. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Low stress company

Easy online portal, good customer support over the phone. Both of these contribute to a good customer experience overall - though I've never had to claim. Price is also competitive although beware of auto-renewals, as they will sting. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Helpful

A few years ago I was hit by a tanker who had come up behind me and failed to stop - Admiral were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process and took away from the stress of the event, got be adequate compensation and communicated incredibly well throughout. Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Friendly and helpful

I am very happy with Admiral for my car insurance. Have stuck with them for several years now, and even though in the past the premium has gone up each year for no apparent reason (as with most insurance companies), Admiral have always been helpful and reasonable when I have contacted them about the issue.
