agent chat to resolve a policy purchase

when experiencing difficulties completing a policy application I used the chat with an agent on a saved quote and managed to get through the process (albeit a bit more slowly than a full digital DIY) and the policy purchase transaction completed. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
