Easy to use, and great App experience

Admiral provides excellent value for money and always has really kind and polite people working in their call centres who are very quick to help when called. Their app is so easy to navigate even my grandmother could use it! I can access my bills very easy as well as make changes to my policy all through the app. And honestly, that’s what everyone needs. Never had a problem with them

Fair and loyal

I’ve been with Admiral as a multi car insurance for a few years now , unlike some companies I feel that Admiral are loyal to their existing customers, this year with so many commodities going up in price it was a relief and surprise that my insurance had actually gone down . Whenever I speak to Admiral the team are really helpful and not at all pushy which I appreciate. My online account is also very easy to navigate . No negatives that I can think of . Can't fault them
