Cheaper, faster and auto renewal.

Called admiral as I had an auto renew email. Had already check on multiple comparison sites for prices. The renewal offer was a few pounds cheaper. Called the admiral number provided. After talking to a lady on the sales team she ran through my details and my quote came down even more (£200 more). Good service. Excellent website. Competitive on price. Wouldn't go elsewhere. Very good customer service and value for money

Admiral insurance handled a claim very well. After reporting an accident, though no claim was made for or against me, the matter was handled professionally and I was updated in every stage. Finally I had my no claim bonus reinstated. Very pleased Reviewed on: 14th August 2022

Excellent service, good value

So far they have been excellent, and whenever I've needed to talk to them they've been knowledgeable and efficient. To temper this slightly, they are definitely slightly more expensive than other options, and so they could improve on their multi-car and multi-insurance (house and car) insurance in order to make their insurance more appealing. Even better, they could refuse to fall into the modern trap of penalising loyalty in their customers by charging ridiculous amounts for renewals. This isn't specific to Admiral, but I'd love to see Admiral or some insurance company take a stand and reward loyalty instead of punishing it, akin an attempt to retain customers rather than driving them away.... In addition, I haven't had to claim yet, so can't comment on how good they are on claims - hoping that's what we're paying a bit extra for though, o ensure that they're fair and reasonable when claims are required. Great on-phone service

Had searched using a market comparison site but found that when I went to accept the quote it would not let me, this was a little frustrating. That said when I spoke to an assistant they were fantastic and swiftly arranged the cover. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
